Fast forward to 2015 and Tichelman has plead guilty to involuntary manslaughter after allegedly administering a lethal dose of heroin to Forrest Timothy Hayes. It's being reported that Google executive Dan Fredinburg died this past Saturday in an avalanche on Mount Everest that was reportedly triggered by the horrific earthquake that occurred in Nepal.
