British actress Gugu Mbatha-Raw, 31, stuns on the cover of "Elle" magazine's November issue. The actress fronts one of the magazine's Women in Hollywood editions. Eight actresses, including five moms and a mother-to-be, grace different covers of "Elle's" November issue and were honored at the magazine's 21st annual Women in Hollywood Awards last week.
