Recently, he was asked to weigh in on the racism concerns the Oscars are facing as well as the recent boycott. X-Men stars and best friends Ian McKellen and Patrick Stewart auditioned for the biggest roles to date: Being part of Taylor Swift's squad. McKellen and Stewart dramatically recited lyrics from Swift's "Bad Blood" and "Blank Space," off her newest album, 1989, in appearances on Yahoo! and NPR's "Ask Me Another."
