FSU quarterback Jameis Winston has declared for the 2015 NFL Draft, and there are plenty of teams circling the QB, who is seen as the second best quarterback prospect in the draft class. The Bucs already have the worst record in the league at 2-13 and play in the worst division, the NFC South. One more loss could clinch the No. 1 pick in next year's NFL Draft, according to CBS Sports. But who will the Bucs choose? The consensus seems to be Heisman Trophy winner Marcus Mariota, who will lead Oregon against last year's Heisman winner Jameis Winston in the Rose Bowl on New Year's Day. Mariota had a historic junior season on his way to becoming the first Oregon Duck to win the Heisman, awarded to the nation's top player.
