The second annual CBGB Music Festival is happening next month and there will be a special Times Square performance by some huge acts to help close it out. Taking place from October 8 to October 13, this festival will have a free, all-day concert in New York City's Time Square featuring performances by My Morning Jacket, Divine Fits, Grizzly Bear and a DJ set from LCD Soundsystem frontman James Murphy. David Bowie's 2013 album, The Next Day, will be reissued next month as a three-disc collector's edition, complete with remixes and unreleased songs. This extended reissue will feature the 14-track CD, a 10-track bonus CD with the unreleased material and a DVD featuring the 4 music videos for the album's songs "Where Are We Now?," "The Stars (Are Out Tonight)," "The Next Day" and "Valentine's Day." As the viral marketing campaign led fans to believe, the new single from indie rock band Arcade Fire debuted today (Sept. 9).
