The starlet, who is reportedly in the middle of a breakup with her fiance Liam Hemsworth, decided to stop by the famous tattoo artists' studio High Voltage in Hollywood yesterday to add the brand new tattoo to her growing collection, reports E! News. On Friday, Kat Von D posted on Instagram stating she, "Just did the RADDEST tattoo on @MileyCyrus - a miniature rendition of a daVinci anatomical heart."
