According to new reports, the Barclays Premier League and Major League Soccer are in talks to bring the top British and USA teams together for a new champions Cup, known now as the Anglo-American Cup. If this venture does work out, we can see league winners from each side of the pond going head to head, with FA Cup and US Open Cup winners also getting involved. Didier Drogba, he former star player for the current Barclays Premier League champions, Chelsea FC, has been at the middle of some heated transfer rumors over in the States. According to reports, the 37-year-old footballer is looking to get into Major League Soccer play, but hasn't decided on a team just yet.
