During a recent interview with MTV, Aerosmith front man Steven Tyler had some rather harsh words of "advice" for "American Idol" newbie Nicki Minaj. Somehow, the rocker managed to combine "Bob Dylan," "cornfield," and "Phillip Phillips" all in one statement... and basically dissed Minaj's musical talent and taste. The "Starships" songstress didn't take the remarks lying down, and jumped into her own Twitter tirade against Tyler on Monday (Nov. 26). Now Tyler wants his fans to know that he isn't a racist and that his comments weren't meant to personally offend or disparage Minaj. Do Mstarz fans think the pop diva will accept Tyler's apology? Hoping that the holiday shopping season may draw attention to Nicki Minaj's rerelease of her April, 2012 hit album "Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded" (now deemed "The Re-Up"), the "Starship" songstress had the record (which now includes eight new songs) hit shelves Nov. 19. Even so, first week sales were rather low and below-par - and who did Minaj ultimately place the blame on for the less-than-stellar sale numbers? The big-names over at Walmart and Target, of course! According to the Young/Cash Money songstress, if the multinational retail corporations had just given the album more of a hopeful chance, sales probably would have gotten off to a much better start. Is it true, Mstarz readers - did fans not purchase "Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded, The Re-Up" because the album was just too hard to find on sale in stores throughout shopping on Black Friday? Nicki Minaj is scared about the highly-anticipated upcoming season of "American Idol" - and it has nothing to do with the songstress' very-publicized "feud" with fellow diva judge Mariah Carey, but with her own "mean" self and what fans will think of her when the 12th season of "AI" premieres in January! Minaj recently admitted to popular television host Ryan Seacrest on his hit morning radio show that she's worried fans will label her as the "mean" judge for her overall nasty and unpleasant attitude towards the reality singing contestants. Minaj, who usually doesn't give a hoot about what other people think about her blunt opinions and rather harsh mouth, is even scared to watch herself on TV come January 16! Read More »

In the second episode of E!'s three-part documentary special on pop star Nicki Minaj entitled "My Truth," the "Pound the Alarm" songstress blasts popular broadcast journalist Barbara Walters for taking pop diva Mariah Carey's side in the infamously viral "American Idol" judges feud. Apparently after the "AI" verbal confrontation, Walters spread the word that Carey was forced to increase her security after the rap star supposedly threatened her life with a gun. Now according to Minaj, Walters should just shut her mouth, since it looks like the "Starships" star isn't good enough to be interviewed by "The View" host anyway. Read More »
