Rappers have been subject to scrutiny for controversial lyrics a lot as of late. "Born Sinner" rapper J.Cole is the latest rapper to come up the microscope for his lyrics on the "Jodeci Freestyle" featuring Drake. The Anti-Bullying Alliance started a petition Monday (which gathered over 4,000 signatures) to decry Cole's lyrics, "I'm artistic, you n*ggas is autistic, retarded." Drake may be working on his "No New Friends" video with Rick Ross & DJ Khaled, but the "Started From the Bottom" rapper has recruited some new friends of his own to headline the 4th annual OVO Fest 2013, which include Frank Ocean & James Blake. The 24-year-old Canadian rapper made the announcement yesterday, May 15th, on his October's Very Own blog, revealing the dates for the two-day OVO festival (named after his October's Very Own label). This year's event will take place on Sunday August 4th and Monday August 5th at the Molson Canadian Ampphitheatre in Toronto, Ontario (Drake's home town). While R&B star and Odd Future member, Frank Ocean, will open up this year's OVO fest with singer-songwriter James Blake on August 4th, Drizzy will traditionally headline his own festival when he takes the stage with some unannounced "special guests" on the second day, August 5th.
