Rex Ryan is the new Buffalo Bills coach, and he's started off with a bang: "Is thing on? It's about to be," said the coach in his introductory press conference. He predicted that he would take the moribund team to the NFL playoffs, but stopped short of guaranteeing a Super Bowl, instead guaranteeing the pursuit of it, as he also said that he will build the team into a bully.
