Janel Parrish and Val Chmerkovskiy take the stage tonight for Week 8 of "Dancing with the Stars" Season 19. The couple is one of the teams to beat, but they aren't letting the stress get in the way of their chemistry. The duo will take on a romantic Romeo and Juliet routine for the "Dynamic Duos" theme tonight ... and what did Val do for her birthday? This week the pair will be doing a contemporary routine, which is in Janel's comfort zone. "I feel a lot more comfortable in contemporary because I don't have to work on my frame, which is my biggest weakness, but Val isn't a contemporary dancer, so he's been stressing about the choreography," Janel said in her "People" blog.
