Happy birthday, Nelly! "MStars News" has learned that the rapper turned 40 Sunday, Nov. 2. To celebrate his big day, the rapper's new girlfriend, Shantel Jackson, was all smiles as she stood by her man's side. Jackson is the famous ex of boxing champ Floyd Mayweather. The breakup drama was so bad that Mayweather blasted Jackson for having an abortion with his kids as rumors swirled that she began dating Nelly. In the photo below, the rapper and his love get silly as Miss Jackson captions the photo, "Clownin with the birthday boy. #thebig40." Manny recently played in a professional basketball game, leaving himself open to the severe possibility of injuring himself before his title fight, risking Chris's wages, dreams and time, which understandably angered the boxing contender. Is it arrogance, and should Manny show more discipline and respect while he trains for fights? Read More »
Some people think baseball is boring, and it seems world boxing champion Floyd Mayweather is one of those select few. The betting man bets on everything, but not baseball it'd seem. He's willing to bet anywhere from thousands to $1 million per game in other sports, but reports suggest he has "no interest" in betting on the MLB World Series between the Kansas City Royals and the San Francisco Giants. With the NBA season approaching, perhaps he's saving his pennies for then, or perhaps "Money" Mayweather is focusing on a rumored 2015 spring bout against Amir Khan or Manny Pacquiao. Read More »

Nobody could blame Amir Khan for being a little confused right now. He was supposed to fight one more time in 2014, but he has no opponent, and it looks like, yet again, he'll only fight once for the second straight year. Khan believes he'll get his way and that he deserves it, which he has explained in recent comments he has made, hitting out against his rival boxers. But he has fight problems ahead. Read More »

The boxing world is set to explode, and it's got little to do with money. Carl Froch, Amir Khan, Julio Cesar Chavez Jr and Floyd Mayweather Jr all have millions of dollars to spare, as proven with Floyd's recent trip to a L.A. strip club, however, it seems for once, their fights are about their opponents, and the locations only. Floyd wants a Las Vegas MGM showdown with British boxer Amir Khan, while Chavez is being tempted in to fighting Carl Froch. Will these blockbuster bouts take place, and if not, will champions Froch and Mayweather simply accept that they'd rather face retirement than another meaningless fight? Read More »
