Well, it’s over, folks. The Colbert Report is officially done. Finite. Finished! Last night, Comedy Central aired the very last Colbert Report, and in the episode, it looks like host Stephen Colbert went head-to-head with Death … and won! That’s right, the now-immortal, soon-to-be host of the Late Show beat death and then went on to invite a slew of past guests out for a wonderfully emotional rendition of “We’ll Meet Again.” And yes, The Daily Show host Jon Stewart was there. Afterward the sing-along, Colbert took to his immoral world, leaving behind the Report studios and joining the likes of Santa Claus, Jeopardy’s Alex Trebek and Abraham Lincoln. Why? Well, why not!
