"The Busy Flea" - episode 3 of Cinemax's The Knick - introduces the audience to some pretty big illnesses: Typhoid fever and syphilis. The second episode of Cinemax's The Knick continued to open up the world of a 1900 hospital that has some of the most interesting cast of characters you can get into one show. We learned more about the hospital's hardships, but more so we were treated to important character development outside of the main storyline of John Thackery's struggles. In episode 3, entitled "The Busy Flea," it looks like we'll get to see some interaction with pigs, more mafia woes for Barrow and Edwards' mounting anxiety could lead to his own demons.
