Cyber bullying is a very serious and terrible concept that too often leads to suicides, but in the new 2015 horror movie Unfriended from MTV, the victim gets some ghostly revenge on those that have wronged her. When a video goes viral online of an intoxicated girl named Laura Barns, resulting in plenty of name-calling and judgment, the negative attention takes its toll. On the one-year anniversary of her self-inflicted death, Barns' friends, taking part in a group-chat on Skype, are interrupted by a mysterious account joining in on their online hangout.
