Conan O'Brien is being sued in a lawsuit by Robert "Alex" Kaseberg, who claims O'Brien used four of his jokes without permission, violating copyright. The jokes were posted on Kaseberg's personal blog and Twitter, and O'Brien allegedly used similar versions on Conan. Meanwhile, Twitter has been cracking down on plagiarism, deleting copied tweets. Just when you thought you had a better alternative to Apple's evil IPhone Empire, Android goes on and announces more than 950 million devices are susceptible to a superbug simply named "Stagefright." A vulnerability in Android mobile phones was discovered on Monday and close to a billion phones and tablets are at risk of being hacked. The worst part about the bug is how easy a user can be infected. Apparently all an attacker has to do is simply send a malicious MMS message and your phone has been injected with the Stagefright. Andy Greenberg of Wired was driving a Jeep Cherokee on a highway in St. Louis, Missouri when he completely lost control of the car. It's not that he fell asleep at the wheel or had to swerve around something - the car had been hacked.
