We have a few weeks before the events at the highly anticipated 2015 Gamescom convention, but we can already share with you some news regarding two Microsoft Xbox exclusives that won't be on display this year. Recently announced during the 2015 E3 Conferences earlier this summer, new titles ReCore and Sea of Thieves will not have any new gameplay features or demos available at this year's Gamescom panels. Physicist Stephen Hawking is teaming with Russian billionaire Yuri Milner to look for aliens. Hawking, who was portrayed by Eddie Redmayne in The Theory of Everything, believes that now is the time to look for answers about if there's life beyond earth. Milner is personally funding the project, called Breakthrough Listen, with $100 million over ten years. Read More »

According to a new announcement to subscribers from CEO Reed Hastings, our beloved $7.99 per month streaming services will fall victim to a price hike, plus other pricing options will be implemented soon. We know that J.J. Abrams will introduce a ton of new characters in the upcoming blockbuster Star Wars: The Force Awakens at the end of 2015, but the director is trying to keep details secretive to avoid spoilers. Unfortunately for him, one new character might have been leaked thanks to a new LEGO box image showing off Episode VII toys. NASA's New Horizons space probe is a fitting name for the probe that has travelled from Earth all the way to the former planet Pluto to give us some screenshots of the celestial ice ball. For the first time in history of humanity, we see the grooves and craters of Pluto up close and personal. Now with such beautiful shots you'd think the New Horizons has some of the most advanced technology NASA could buy but the truth is some of the hardware inside it is pretty old. Director Duncan Jones will unleash the highly anticipated movie adaptation of the popular Blizzard Entertainment video game Warcraft in the summer of 2016, so we won't be able to watch a good trailer or teaser until the footage from San Diego Comic-Con 2015 is released. Luckily for us, though, we get to experience a brand new interactive trailer that gives us a glimpse at the setting of the film's story, Azeroth. It was the most preordered book on Amazon since the final 'Harry Potter' book, proof of the huge amount of excitement surrounding the book's release. NASA's New Horizons spaceship has reached the closest it's location to Pluto after nine years of travel from Earth. It was less than 8,000 miles from the dwarf planet as of July 14th and is continuing to collect data on Pluto and its moons. NASA released a color photo of Pluto on Instagram this morning. Fans of movies and the like definitely love when footage, videos, trailer and any other forms of spoilers are leaked for important projects, but clearly film studios hate it. In fact, since so much footage was leaked during and after the 2015 San Diego Comic-Con International events this week, which has led some to believe that studios could stop premiering exclusive content at such conventions.
