Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan has a very busy year ahead. The 50-year-old not only has two big-budget films up for release this year, he also has another Gauri Shinde's untitled film project in the pipeline, which he has begun shooting with Alia Bhatt in Goa.
The actor, who is ready with Maneesh Sharma directed Fan, plays a double role in it, where he is the ardent fan of a Bollywood superstar and also the star himself. At the same time, he will also be seen in a grey shade in Raees, where he is playing a bootlegger, alongside Pakistani actress Mahira Khan.
According to The Indian Express, Bhatt, on the other hand, is busy shooting with her rumoured boyfriend Sidharth Malhotra and Pakistani actor Fawad Khan, in the Rishi Kapoor starrer rom-com Kapoor & Sons. Khan and Bhatt will now be sharing screen space for the first time for Shinde's untitled movie.
Photographs began doing the rounds over the Internet, where the lead actors were seen preparing for their shot on a ferry in Goa. Although the movie is in its initial stages of filming, sources close to the movie reported on koimoi.com that the superstar will not be romancing the young actress.

Best left to the imagination of the audiences what the 'different' storyline of the movie would be like. Shinde, the director has become known for her movies on light-hearted but unlikely topics in the past, especially with her critically and commercially acclaimed English Vinglish.
English Vinglish, which was Sri Devi's comeback vehicle after 15 years, was a moving story of a nervous Indian housewife, lacking English-speaking skills, who on her visit to New York, secretly joins English classes and becomes fluent in the language towards the end.
The film had won many national and international accolades for Shinde, who made the movie on personal experiences. Devi too was highly appreciated for her portrayal of Shashi Godbole.
