Unfortunately, season 2 of Better Call Saul, the Breaking Bad spinoff prequel, is nearing its finale -- and fans have already created a theory regarding another possible connection with its predecessor show. A recent fan theory has popped up regarding this season's episode titles -- and they could be an anagram for the return of Giancarlo Esposito's Gus Fring!
Ahead of Better Call Saul's season finale, Twitter user Shaquita (@sirena6783) rearranged the titles of the 10 episodes of the season, and noticed something interesting: the first letter of each episode title can form the phrase "Fring's Back." Ever since, Reddit has caught wind of the theory and it's grown viral, with several news outlets reporting on that possibility.
While this could easily be written off as one of those crazy conspiracy theories John Oliver recently rambled about on YouTube, Better Call Saul creator Vince Gilligan has planted his share of Easter eggs in the past, particularly during his time in Breaking Bad.

For their report of the theory, BuzzFeed pointed out a number of past references and foreshadowing Gilligan's show made during its five-season run, including how Saul Goodman (Bob Odenkirk) once said he'd be running a Cinnabon in Omaha by the time everything was over, which he is doing in the present, as shown on Better Call Saul.
Most interestingly, the titles of the episodes with black-and-white intros in the second season of Breaking Bad foreshadowed the plane crash following Jane's death, as the combination read "Seven Thirty-Seven/Down/Over/ABQ."
Understandably, fans have so far turned up their awareness a notch to gather more clues for this season of BCS.
Season 2 of Better Call Saul has delved deeper into how Mike Ehrmantraut (Jonathan Banks) entered the shady world of the Albuquerque cartel, and he's already dealt with Hector Salamanca (Mark Margolis), the man who helps kill Fring in the original series. In other words, the return of Gus Fring for the prequel doesn't seem too far-fetched at this point.
The Better Call Saul season finale will air on AMC on April 18.
