Google Pixel 2 and Pixel XL2: 5 Features to Arrive

Google, the tech giant released its Pixel smartphones in 2016 which were the first smartphones from the company loaded with amazing specs and features. As soon as the smartphones enter the tech market, they became the tough competitors for the Apple's Smartphone iPhone 7.

After the launch of Pixel devices, Nexus devices started to disappear. Based on the launch of Nexus devices, it is highly expected that Google will bring upgrades on the existing Pixel smartphones and will release of new smartphones every year.

According to T3, the tech giant is expected to bring new devices called as Pixel 2 and Pixel XL2. These new devices are expected to hit the tech market by October 2017. It is also reported that the smartphone will be made by HTC as the existing Pixel phones were made.

As per the International Business Times, the five amazing features that will be loaded in the new Pixel 2 series smartphones will be are as follows,

Display: It is reported that Google might upgrade the Pixel smartphone display from 1080 x 1920p to 1440 x 2560p, making the display at par with the Pixel XL.

Processor: The new Pixel smartphones are expected to have Snapdragon 835 which is also expected to power top class flagship devices this year including the Note 8 and S8 devices. The processor is built using 10nm processor technology, which provides better performance and battery life than existing processors.

RAM: Along with the improvements in processor, Google is expected to increase the RAM in the Pixel series devices from 4GB to 6GB to support added functionalities, more powerful specs and most importantly the next iteration of the Android OS.

Camera: The new Pixel 2 series is expected to have a dual camera set up similar to that of Apple, Huawei and other smartphones.

Daydream View 2 compatibility: The most amazing feature that is highly expected is the compatibility of Pixel 2 series smartphone with the new Daydream View headset, which is expected to be launched this year. The Daydream View headset might have advanced VR capabilities with a special focus on VR gaming.
