Human Ken Doll Rodrigo Alves Has Breathing Woes After 50 Surgeries,Still Aims For World Record

"Human Ken Doll" Rodrigo Alves is known not just for being Ken's look-alike, he's also known for being a surgery addict. The 33 year old man admitted that he already had 50 cosmetic surgeries. With his nose alone, eight surgeries has been made which gives Alves difficulty in breathing.

As reported by MSN, Alves stated that he has difficulty in breathing after eight times of plastic surgery in his nose. The Human Ken Doll also said that he had surgery from July last year in which his nose was reconstructed with a piece of cartilate from his ribs. This surgery helped Alves to breath easier, but not 100%.

Alves started his list of surgeries in 2004, and he never stopped since then. To achieve the "Human Ken Doll" title, he undergo surgeries like Botox and fillers, nose jobs, liposuction to his jaw, pec implants, fake six-pack, fillers to his arms, hair transplant, laser lipo, leg lipo, fat transfer to the hip amd SMAS facelift. The Sun reported that Alves has spent £373,000 or roughly $500,000 in all his surgeries. The inheritance from his grand parents helped him fund the surgeries.

Alves was rushed to the hospital lass year because of another plastic surgery complications. The Human Ken Doll said that even if he wanted to, Alves cannot stop undergoing surgeries. The past surgeries have had a sort of "domino effect". When something is not right after a surgery, a surgery wa made to fix it. Alves was diagnosed with body dysmorphic disorder (BDD) in which a person becomes obsessed with the "flaws" in appearance.

Alves is reported to be applying for the world record for the most plastic surgery on Earth. The current holder is Cindy Jackson which bags 52 plastic surgeries. With the records almost tied, the Human Ken Doll must choose between getting the record and his health.
