'NCIS: Los Angeles' Season 8 Spoilers: Hetty Interrupts Romantic Moment of Callen & Anna

When the remaining episodes of “NCIS: Los Angeles” Season 8 returns beginning March 5, it appears that Callen (Chris O’Donnell) and Anna (Bar Paly) will take their relationship to another level. For the first time in the show’s history, Callen will be getting romantically involved.

Anna will be making her first appearance in “NCIS: Los Angeles” Season 8 after Kensi (Daniela Ruah) returned to work. Anna took over Kensi’s place in the team when the latter was still recovering from her injuries.

The first time viewers saw Anna was in Season 6 when she joined Callen to try rescue his father. Sparks may have flew between them in the course of their mission that in “NCIS: Los Angeles” Season 8 episode titled “Pin Queen,” they will reportedly have a romantic moment. According to Spoiler TV, Hetty (Linda Hunt) will interrupt their date to ask Callen and Anna to escort a prisoner. This means that they will be continuing with their once aborted romance.

Meanwhile, in the first episode back of “NCIS: Los Angeles” Season 8 after its winter hiatus, the team will take on a kidnapping case of a resident in a retirement home. In the team’s investigation, they find out that two con artists are involved according to Entertainment Weekly. The husband and wife team have been targeting the residents and swindling their money.

In the promo for the upcoming episode of “NCIS: Los Angeles” Season 8, Deeks (Eric Christian Olsen) can be seen interviewing some of the residents. He appears to have a hard time getting them to trust him as an old man is even shown hitting Deeks with his cane. Later though, he can be seen happily playing cards with them.

Also in the promo, Callen seems to have grown tired of covering for his father. He is aware of his old man’s illegal activities and has tried to protect him. In the “NCIS: Los Angeles” Season 8 episode airing on Sunday, though, it looks like he has had enough.
