It seems as though there's already new music on the way from "The Way" singer Ariana Grande. The rising pop star is about to hit the monumental 10 million followers mark on Twitter, and she's planning to celebrate with a little "Pink Champagne."
"I'm so excited... A lot of you are asking what I'm planning for 10m followers and I think I've got the perfect thing. It'll make you so happy," she wrote yesterday (Sept. 25) on her Twitter. Several hours later, she announced what that will be!
"Pink champagne at 10 mil.... Pulling some strings but... told you I'd do anything for you #family," Grande wrote. "I wanted to wait to tell u guys about pink champagne but I couldn't resist... Love seeing u all happy & celebratory! More exciting news soon."
"Pink Champagne" is a longtime favorite track for Grande's dedicated fanbase, known as Arianators. Often played live before the release of "Yours Truly," the track was reportedly recorded for the album but not included on the final cut because it didn't fit with flow.
A live version of "Pink Champagne" has been online for quite some time now and racked up over 700,000 views on YouTube. The bubblegum pop track is a sparkly little number that is notably more youthful and happy-go-lucky than the mature "Yours Truly" singles "The Way" and "Baby I."
