Katy Perry 'Prism' LEAK: New Single 'Unconditionally' Debuts Online Ahead of Oct. 22 Release Date, LISTEN to Latest Track from Diverse 'Teenage Dream' Follow Up [AUDIO]

It's a big day for Katy Perry news. Following the leak of "Legendary Lovers" and her CoverGirl spokeswoman announcement, the second official single from Prism, "Unconditionally" leaked online, according to Idolator.

Touted as Perry's favorite song from the album, "Unconditionally" is a classic love song in every sense of the phrase. "Unconditional, Unconditionally / I will love you unconditionally / There is no fear / Let go and just be free / I will love you unconditionally," she croons in the chorus. The "unconditional" terms come in to play particularly in the verses, when Perry emphasized that she loves her man just the way he is and that she is willing to take the bad with the good.

Like "Roar" and "Legendary Lovers," Dr. Luke produces this song, and the consistency in tone and instrumentation shows through. Think of the electronic soft instrumentation of "Legendary Lovers" mixed with more heartfelt, powerful lyrics and vocalizations. Small Western music influences can also be heard in the percussion, adding some cohesion to what is looking to be like a mixed bag album.

"Prism" thus far ranges from self-empowerment, revenge anthems ("Roar," "Dark Horse") to atmospheric love songs ("Walking on Air") to the Western influenced ballads ("Legendary Lovers," "Unconditionally").
