Taylor Swift turned plenty of heads this year when she purchased a new home in Rhode Island. Unfortunately the attention she's getting these days from her new neighbors isn't the favorable kind. According to some neighbors claims, Swift decided to build her own personal sea wall on her beachfront property, which has resulted in the beach itself being torn up.
"She's tearing up the beach and everyone is pissed off about it," one neighbor said. "Volunteers work all summer to keep this part of the beach clean and accessible to everyone, and the work she is doing is going to have an effect on the tides, the amount of accessible shoreline, everything!"
This new neighborhood disturbance comes just months after Swift and her security guards put up a number of "No Trespassing" signs along her property. These signs, which neighbors complained about, read "I Knew You Were Trouble When You Walked in," which we all know are famous lyrics of Swift's.
A local newspaper described the ordeal as "one giant machine, part crane, was lifting big appliance-size boulders up out of the ocean with its mechanical claw and moving them."
UPDATE: Despite these countless neighbors complaining and a whole article being published stating these complaints, it turns out that Taylor was not in the wrong at all! Check out THIS article to see how these allegations are thrown out of proportion.
