'The Leftovers' Season 1 Episode 2 'Penguin One, Us Zero' Preview, SPOILERS [PHOTOS & VIDEOS]: Will We Learn More About Holy Wayne, Nora Durst And Meg Abbott?

So many questions linger after the series premiere pilot episode of Tom Perrotta and Damon Lindelof's intense new drama The Leftovers on HBO. We got our first look at how the citizens of the small town of Mapleton are handling life three years after an incredible occurrence - 2% of the world's population disappeared. Some go on with their lives while others joined the "Guilty Remnant" and other are choosing to explore more radical ways to deal with the incident. With the second episode airing this weekend, maybe we'll learn some more details on Chief Kevin Garvey and his town. (SPOILERS to follow)

One of the more interesting characters introduced in the series premiere was definitely Nora Durst (Carrie Coon). In the Perrotta novel, she's referred to as "The Woman Who Had Lost Everything" because her husband and two children disappeared in the "Rapture" event, leaving her to live life alone with no explanation. Her moving speech at the Heroes Day parade sent chills down our spines and really put everything into perspective.

From what we know about episode two, "Penguin One, Us Zero," Jill Garvey (Margaret Qualley) and her tough-skinned best friend Aimee (Emily Meade) decide to follow Durst around one day to find out more about this intriguing woman. Hopefully this leads to revelations for the audience as well!

We saw right at the end of the episode one that Meg (Liv Tyler) had decided to join the Guilty Remnant. From the looks of these exclusive new clips from HBO, she isn't handling it too well. Take a look at the following clips to see how Meg is dealing with Laura (Amy Brenneman) and even Kevin (Justin Theroux):

A big mystery in the series is Tom Garvey's (Chris Zylka) story and his relationship with Holy Wanye (Paterson Joseph). From the looks of a new promotional shot from episode two, we learn a bit more about this side story.

As each episode comes and goes, we really just hope for answers. With only one episode down, we shouldn't expect too much from episode two in terms of closure, but definitely get ready for more intense questions to be asked.
