As one of the stars of E!'s Million Dollar Listing New York, one would assume that an epic bachelor pad would be in the cards. Well your assumptions are correct –– E! Online features MDLNY Luis D. Ortiz's lush Abington House residence.

With word that season four has been confirmed for summer 2015, we can now get a scoop inside the pads of the stars of the show!

"My home at Abington House is sophisticated, warm and welcoming. It's contemporary with old-world charm and a nice reflection of my character and aspirations," Ortiz reveals.

Abington House is on the High Line in the heart of West Chelsea. The property sits at 29th Street and 10th Avenue in New York City. The luxury rental apartments features a boast of energetic architecture that hopes to encompass the next generation of buyers who are young, hip and successful.

Within Ortiz's apartment, he explains, "I love the interior design work that Clodagh has done at Abington House and, of course, Quadra, who I have worked with since day one." The reality stars apartment speaks volumes when it comes to masculinity, earth tones mixed with dark colors.

"I see people forget the importance of simplicity. Let the personalities own the home, not the clutter." Arbington House is designed by the iconic New York architectural firm, Robert A.M. Stern. The property lines the city's most dynamic park.

What are some tips that Ortiz gives his fans when it comes to design? He tells E! to "Buy a round table where you can entertain your friends, family and even a date. A lot of bachelors' spend their time on the living room couch, don't be one of them." He also tells people to, "Create a quiet moment corner. All you need is a chair, a table and a lamp," He explains. His favorite spot in his apartment is just that, sitting at his desk looking out at the city.
