Jessica Biel
Justin Timberlake's wife is known to shine on the red carpets with shapely arms and killer legs. She revealed to Elle that she stays in shape by simple, common sense ways. "For me, getting enough sleep, drinking lots of water, having a healthy diet, and staying away from alcohol are musts. It's so boring, I know, but doing those things really helps."
The star also does a lot of homemade meals, "I do a lot of cooking at home using grains and vegetables."
Michelle Obama
The 50-year-old First Lady is not just famous for her status, but also her killer arms! Earlier this year, the First Lady told People that she's recently tweaked her workout routine.
"I'm seeing myself shift from weight-bearing stuff – even though that continues to be important – and the heavy cardio and running, to things like yoga that will keep me flexible."

Jane Fonda
Most know Jane Fonda as an iconic exercise guru as well as a two-time Academy Award winner. And at 76-years-old she is a living testament of what one can achieve.
Fonda even struggled from an eating disorder for decades, but when she began working out, her life changed. "Even if you've never been physically active before, even if you're 70 or 80 years old, starting to exercise is the most important thing you can do to improve the quality of your life," Fonda told Elle Australia in an interview.
She stated that she likes to stay strong in her upper body, and she uses a workout band for that. "I like to walk, I live in a place in California where there are great hills, but I've been doing less of it because I've been writing."
Cameron Diaz
For Diaz's film The Other Woman she had to run down a beach in her bikini next to supermodel Kate Upton!
She revealed to Ok Magazine her workout during the film. "On this movie I was doing 15-minute workouts, three or four times a week. It's about well-being, physical health and taking care of myself. It's not about doing intense workouts because you have to get into a bikini."
Diaz is known for a strong, sexy body and Women's Health Magazine spoke with celebrity trainer Teddy Bass, who has helped Diaz sculpt her hot bod. "You need to be doing muscle-building exercises that use heavy weights with fewer reps," Bass revealed. "Besides helping you get into great shape lifting weights can also boost your endorphins, lower your blood sugar, relieve stress, and increase your bone density."
Jennifer Aniston
Last but certainly not least, we have included the former Friends star who is known for her calm sprit and yoga moves. "Exercise! And actually meditation. I do that for 20 minutes every day," she told Self about what her ultimate stress reliever is. On a Sunday morning you can even find Aniston eating a bagel with eggs and reading the morning paper.
