Fitness guru and former Biggest Loser trainer Jillian Michaels has formed millions of bodies and booties. Mstars has researched a few of her recent booty blasting exercises and health tips. Happy Workout Wednesday everyone!

"My butt. That's the worst," Michaels recently revealed to Health magazine regarding her biggest problem area. "I work hard on it."

Here are some of her go-to exercises:

Exercise 1: Donkey Kick

Star in the "up" part of a push-up, with hands under shoulders and abs tight. Bend knees slightly, shift weight onto hands and kick heels up toward butt. Then use core to straighten legs back; land softly on balls of feet in push-up position. Repeat.

Exercise 2: Butterfly Bridge with Lat Pull

Lie faceup with arms overhead, use 3-8 pound weight in each hand, soles of feet together and knees open out to sides. Bring knees together, push through heels and raise hips until body forms a straight line from shoulders to knees; at the same time, raise arms toward celing and then down until in line with hips. Repeat.

As for cardio, Michaels says move on from the elliptical machine. "Forget the elliptical. It's a waste of your time. Do incline walking instead. It's way more effective and burns a hell of a lot more calories," she tells Health.

Exercise 3: Sumo Squat

Place your feet as wide apart as you can and point your toes outward. Lower your body until your thighs are parallel to the floor. Hold for a beat, then exhale and press back up to the starting position. Repeat. This squat modification places a greater emphasis on the inner and outer thigh muscles.

Exercise 4: One-Leg Squat

Stand with your weight balanced on your right leg. Lift your left foot an inch or so off the ground. Slowly lower yourself as far as you can comfortably go. Exhale and stand up straight, still balancing on the right leg. Repeat on opposite leg.

"People think of me as 'the fitness girl,' but I utilize fitness as a tool to empower people. When you're physically strong, it transcends into other facets of you life. Your health is a platform to build on."
