As you know from our previous coverage of Star Wars: Episode VII, there are so many rumors, leaked concept art, and other forms of spoilers surrounding the J.J. Abrams film. Our latest update this week has a mix of all of these forms of updates, including some concept art for Han Solo's outfit, new vehicles and some casting rumors, too. Plus there will be one scene shot in IMAX!
Previous reports stated that actress Maisie Richardson-Sellers joined the Disney movie, but this week Jedi News saw that IMDB might have revealed her character's name: Korr Sella. While we shouldn't trust IMDB too much, this is pretty exciting news to consider... and that name is pretty cool!
Plus, Making Star Wars has a description of some allegedly leaked concept art depicting the aged Han Solo. Apparently, Harrison Ford will be sporting a duster!
You can also check out some descriptions of vehicles HERE, HERE and check out a sketch HERE! As far as we can tell, these ideas seem to fit into this universe.
Meanwhile, according to Variety, there's one action scene in Episode VII that was shot in IMAX as opposed to 35mm film.
"The benefits outweigh the headache of shooting on IMAX cameras," Abrams said according to the website. "The opportunity to have an action sequence for this movie done in Imax's natural format was too delicious an idea to pass up. As a filmgoer, it's something I want to see."
