‘The Vampire Diaries’ Cast Tells You What To Expect From Tonight's Thanksgiving Episode

Tonight's all-new episode of The Vampire Diaries is all about Thanksgiving and celebrating with friends. The cast of the hit vampire-based series is teasing what to expect from the "Friendsgiving" episode before it airs on the CW.

When Thanksgiving comes around the people of Mystic Falls decide to celebrate with the ones they love, but it quickly turns into drama, which is what you'd expect from TVD clan. According to Michael Trevino who plays Tyler Lockwood, fans can expect "some revelations at the Thanksgiving table that will blow your minds."

Like any good drama, TVD issues revolve a lot around couples and relationships. While talking to TV Line, Michael explained that when he goes to Caroline's dinner he is surround by his exes, which makes for some fun scenes. "You've got to imagine me. Liv's right here, and Caroline's right there, so I've got the ex and this new girl I want to be dating. [Caroline and Tyler] have an exchange, but I think they're at a common ground. There's no drama there or animosity," he explained to the publication.

Last week we discovered that Caroline and Stefan are having issues with one another (even though fans would love to see them as a couple) and this week that anger between them definitely continues. Because Caroline is still mad at Stefan he isn't going to get an invite to her fun night of food and friends.

"So when planning a Friendsgiving, according to her, he doesn't necessarily fall into that category anymore," Candice Accola who plays Caroline said. "Usually, she just likes to cover [her problems] up and pretend everything's fine, so we'll probably see a little bit of that."

In addition to the Thanksgiving dinner storyline, the boys will have a little fun bonding together in tonight's episode. Since Stefan isn't invited to dinner, his brother Damon and friend Alaric decide to go on a little trip, but they don't completely let Stefan off the hook for not dating Caroline at this point in time.

"It was a lot of fun to be back with the boys. I really dug it," Ian Somerhalder who plays Damon told TV Line. Damon will also have a little fun pointing out why his brother should date Caroline already. "There are no drawbacks to this woman, Stefan," Damon says in an exclusive clip from TV Guide.
