Carrie Underwood Does Her Own Makeup Before Tours And Never Goes Without Makeup!

Country singer Carrie Underwood reveals some of her beauty and makeup secrets with makeup legend Bobby Brown for Yahoo Beauty. Mstars News reports what exactly the Almay brand ambassador wears on her flawless face.

"I have always loved it," the Country Music Awards host and mom-to-be shared with Brown about her makeup obsession. "I had teenage sisters when I was very little, so I have great memories of watching them and my mom put on a ton of makeup in the morning. Occasionally I got into theirs without them knowing."

What most fans wouldn't know about the Blown Away singer is that she does her own hair and makeup while on tour — and she actually likes it!

"When I am on tour I enjoy doing my own hair and makeup. There are just so many people on the road, and it's kind of therapeutic for me to be able to sit on my butt, and have all my things, and it's quiet. It's my time to play," she said.

Now we get into the good stuff as Underwood reveals her favorite beauty products, and yes some of them are, of course, Almay.

"Almay's Butter Kiss Lipstick is like a lip treatment," she revealed. "Almay's Eye Makeup Remover Pads really do the trick. The remover stick are also absolutely incredible ... I am an offender of getting mascara in places where it shouldn't be, like the bridge of my nose and around my eyes. So those are lifesavers."

Country music's girl-next-door reveals that she isn't as "country" as one would think: "I don't think I ever have makeup-free days, to be honest. I wear makeup for me."
