According to new reports, NBC has sold about 95% of the Super Bowl ad space for companies trying to get that coveted commercial spot during the biggest NFL game of the year. Well, it looks like $4.5 million can get you a 30-second spot now, and NBC considers that a "steal" for the price! Find out more below.

It's a bit strange to think that a lot of people that watch the Super bowl each year are looking forward to the commercials more so than the actual game. That's why the price is so high for the commercial real estate that NBC is offering. Though the network considers its price a "steal" for the opportunity.
"($4.5 million) is a steal. We think the Super Bowl is worth closer to $10 million in incremental exposure for marketers," evp of sales and marketing for NBC Sports Group and NBCUniversal News Group Seth Winter said this week, according to Adweek.
Winter and his network are reportedly welcoming 15 first-time Super Bowl advertisers in 2015, with alcoholic beverage, soft drink and gamin companies among the list. Obviously there are car companies, movies and more that will also take up the commercial slots during the Super Bowl. You can check out more on this here!
"Frankly I wish we had more capacity there," Winter said about the amount of time slots NBC has. "We could do a very good job."
So what do you think of the cost of a Super Bowl commercial time slot? Is it reasonable in your mind? Is it a "steal" as NBC is saying? Let us know what you think in the comments section below!
