The mutant superhero team, The X-Men, have a big role to play in Marvel Comics' big event, Secret Wars. Even with the help of Cypher, will Magneto be able to stop the warlord Apocalypse from destroying the Marvel Universe in writer Fabian Nicieza and artist Gerardo Sandoval's Age of Apocalypse #1.
As we previously mentioned, Secret Wars features the Marvel superheroes from alternate realities coming together to meet in an epic standoff. The Marvel's superheroes and super-villains will be forced to defend themselves for the survival of their universe. There will be no Marvel Universe, no Ultimate Universe, or any other, just Battleworld.
In the plot synopsis, the tyrannical Apocalypse rules his entire domain on Battleworld with an iron fist. The few humans left alive have been enslaved. The mutant rebellion has been crushed, while it's few survivors are left scattered. The X-Men, seen as terrorist insurgents, will not go quietly into the night. In this grim future, they will fight to end Apocalypse's reign of terror, even if it means sacrificing their very lives.
In an interview with IGN, Nicieza returns to the X-Men series after 20 years. In the original Age of Apocalypse, Magneto took up Xavier's dream after witnessing his death at the hands of a deranged mutant (who was actually Charles's son from the future). The X-Men fought to the end to send the misplaced Bishop into the timeline and set things rights. After splitting Apocalypse in half, Magneto proudly stood with his wife, Rogue, and son, as they watched their entire world blow up in the nuclear explosion.
The Deadpool writer explains why the search for Cypher is significant in this new version, "I can elaborate a little: Cypher not only interprets language, he can also discern meaning and intent behind what is said. In their desperate attempt to save themselves and possibly prevent a greater war across Battleworld, Magneto's X-Men need Cypher to expose the true plans of both the desperate human faction led by Peter Borbeau and Carol Danvers and Apocalypse."

As we mentioned before, Miles Morales might lose his home world in Ultimate End #1, Peter Parker has a wife and kid in Amazing Spider-Man: Renew Your Vows #1, and Wolverine returns from the grave in Old Man Logan #1.
Age of Apocalypse #1 will arrive in stores sometime in June 2015.
