Kim Richards has definitely had a rough couple of months. Not only was the star dealing with drama during filming the fifth season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, but she was also in the midst of a pretty nasty lawsuit involving her pit bull Kinglsey and had a major feud with her sister, Kyle Richards, which forced them to stop talking for four months. While that would be way more stress that most of us could deal with, Kim is also dealing with the aftermath of a relapse earlier this month where she was arrested for public intoxication, trespassing, battery of a cop and resisting arrest. In the aftermath of the incident it seems that Kim also might also be out of a job.

Radar Online is reporting that Kim has been fighting with producers when it comes to her place on season six. While the execs behind the series are looking to put a sobriety clause in Richards' contract, they are also thinking of just firing her altogether.

The main conflict between Kim and the producers is her length of stay in rehab. While the starlet thinks she can complete her rehab in thirty days, RHOBH producers are hoping for a more lengthy recovery process.

"Kim is insisting that she'll be done with the treatment in thirty days," the insider explained. "Kim still doesn't think that what she did was really wrong and told her bosses that it was a 'slip' and 'not a relapse. [Bravo] wants Kim to stay in treatment for ninety days."

However, Kim might only need thirty days to get back on the right track, as her bestie Brandi Glanville, spoke out to Us Weekly saying that her friend is doing great following her arrest.

"I saw Kim last Sunday," the star told the magazine on April 30. "She's doing good! She's doing great."
