Reflecting on Galaxy's recent draw with Real Salt Lake, forward Alan Gordon opened up about his team and this season's prospects.
We are obviously missing some key players; we've talked about that," he said, according to The View From Avalon. "But we continue to get results. And sometimes you need to grind out these tough games. [Rio Tinto Stadium] is not an easy place to play and so to give ourselves a chance to win at the end, we'll take that."

Meanwhile, coach Oscar Pareja opened up about Dallas' injury list and using his younger players now.
"We see it as an opportunity for the next players to step up," the manager said, according to MLSSoccer.com. "We're talking about Blas [Perez]. We're talking about Victor [Ulloa] growing in that role. We're talking about Je-Vaughn Watson, who is growing also with responsibilities on the field. Dan Kennedy is helping us. Chris Seitz is helping us. So I see that leadership spread out pretty well throughout the team. I don't think we depend on one guy."
