Just when Kim Richards thought that her troubles with her pooch Kingsley was over, it seems that dog bite victim Kay Rozario is far from letting sleeping dogs lie. While the 80-year-old woman took the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills starlet to court, following an incident last year where she was mauled by the pit bull, she was granted monetary funds earlier this month. Many would think that this would mean that the court case was over — not for Rozario, as she is allegedly filing an appeal with the legal system after not being awarded the $1 million settlement that she was asking for.

According to the Inquistr, the only financial loss that the courts could find in the documents were the medical bills that Kay acquired after being rushed to the emergency room to recuperate from the accident. However, it doesn't seem like the payout is enough for Kim Richards former friend, who actually suffered the injuries while she was staying in Richards' house last year. Instead, she feels that she is not only inclined to get a higher payout, but she is also going after the courts for the safety of others.

Radar Online is revealing that Kay feels that she needs to be the one to step in so that this doesn't happen to anyone else. She feels that the dog needs to be stopped.

"That dog is a killer and he needs to be stopped," Rozario exclaimed to the news site, adding that she is "terrified that the pit bull will kills someone."

Many have been skeptical of Rozario's real reason for going after Kim, saying that she is just after the RHOBH starlet's money.

Kay blasts the reports saying, "I am well off," and explaining that Kim wouldn't have anything to take anyway. "Kim has nothing. She is bankrupt. I have always known Kim does not have any money," the elderly friend said. "If this was about the money I would have sued her right away after the attack. It is about the principle."
