It's safe to say that most of us want to live a long and happy life, right? Assuming you said 'yes' – and we really, really hope you did – there are a number of things you can do in order to make sure you're happy as the days roll onward. But for some of us, we might be doing some things we don't realize are actually contributing to our unhappiness––much of which has to do with our diet and what we're eating.

Not Enough Protein
Protein is pretty important, which is why you should get more of it. Whether it be from protein powder or eating more eggs or chicken, find a way to incorporate more protein into your diet and you'll soon see the benefits.
Too Much Dairy
Milk, while good for your bones, is filled with fat and sugar – two things that can be detrimental to your health. Therefore, cut back on your daily and try getting your calcium elsewhere.
HuffPost reports that cooking a cup of kale gives you the same amount of calcium as does a cup of milk. Of course, it also sounds pretty terrible.
Not Enough Water
More Water = Less Sugar = Longer Life. 'Nuff said, folks.
So, how long do you want to live? The choice is yours.
Well, kind of...
