Jennifer Garner, Ben Affleck Divorce? Actress Moves to Canada Following Hubby's Gambling Rumors

Say it isn't so! While Hollywood couples seem to come and go like the wind, there are a few that we always see as beacons of hope through all the annulments and 72-hour marriages. Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner happen to be one of those couples. While they have been together for years, and have three kids together, it seems that they might be the next couple to call it quits. It is being reported that following Ben's latest antics and his alleged gambling problem, that Garner has simply had enough. The star has since left the kids and her husband in Los Angeles and has moved across the country to Montreal, Canada.

That's right, Jennifer not only put the Midwest between herself and Ben, but she also put a whole country between them. Radar Online is reporting that Jen will be spending the summer in Canada, while Ben holds the fort down in Los Angeles. The site also revealed that the actress was spotted in Canada on her birthday sans both her hubby and her wedding ring, which only reinforces the point that there is trouble in paradise.

Garner allegedly arrived to Montreal on April 29 and has been in Canada ever since. While Ben is taking care of the couple's three kids now, after school ends they will be reportedly heading up to Canada to spend the remainder of summer vacation with their mom.

However, these rumors might just be that ... rumors, as Daily Mail is reporting that the 43-year-old starlet is in Canada getting ready to film her new comedy flick, Nine Lives.

The couple has yet to confirm or deny the divorce rumors, but they have not been seen together in over a month, which begs the question, are they still happy together?
