Marvel Comics has been keeping Miles Morales, the amazing Spider-Man from the Ultimate Universe, busy during their summer event, Secret Wars. After starring in Season 5 of the popular The Walking Dead on AMC, Tyler James Williams is interested in playing the live action version of the Marvel superhero.
As we previously mentioned, Miles Morales has been gaining mainstream attention outside the comic book pages. First, Danny Glover, rapper Childish Gambino, voiced the teen superhero in the Ultimate Spider-Man: Web Warriors on Disney XD. Marvel then gave Miles Morales his own ongoing series with Miles Morales: Ultimate Spider-Man. We at MStars even named Miles Morales: Ultimate Spider-Man Vol.1- Revival the best comic book of 2014.
At the MCM Birmingham Comic Con, the Everybody Hates Chris actor gave his thoughts on the recent Spider-Man reboot.
Transcribed by Time, Williams is quoted as saying in the video interview, "I'm open to the idea, I am. I'm not like starting campaigns or anything for it because I trust Marvel. I've read for them before. I trust what their decisions will be. But yeah, I would love to do it. I would absolutely love to do it."

The Walking Dead actor states, if he had the chance, he would bring more to Miles' black and Hispanic descent, "But I'd love to take a turn with somebody who is kind of ethnically ambiguous and just kind of turn it on its head. You know, force people to see them in a different light."
Tyler James Williams will co-star opposite Gary Sinise in the upcoming Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders spinoff on CBS.
We mentioned before, we have 5 reasons why we're rooting for Miles Morales' survival in Ultimate End #1.
Readers, would be interested in Tyler James Williams playing Miles Morales?
