During the MNT's draw against Sweden last week, player Meghan Klingenberg made an important block while covering the goal line on a corner kick. Speaking ahead of today's match, she detailed her triumphant moment to the press.

"I was just doing my job," she insisted, according to USSoccer.com. I saw it coming but obviously when it's coming through a crowd you never know what's going to happen. It could take a deflection and you kind of have to react as it's coming. I saw it coming as soon as it was getting over people's heads. And as soon as I saw it coming, I was like alright, 'get ready, better get this with your head or we're screwed."

Meanwhile, Nigeria's forward, Francisca Ordega told the press that her team could defeat the powerhouse today.

"History doesn't play football. The game is 11 versus 11," Ordega, who has played with most of the US team in club competition, said. "I will be able to bring one or two things about them and we can capitalize on that and nail them down."
