'Suits' Season 5 Recap: Episode 4: Can Gabriel Macht, Patrick J. Adams Say "No Puedo Hacerlo?"

Season 5 of Suits continues on USA Network with an all-new episode. In Episode 4, will lawyers Harvey Specter (Gabriel Macht) and Mike Ross (Patrick J. Adams) learn to say "No Puedo Hacerlo" from the fallout from Donna Paulsen (Sarah Rafferty) and guest star Amy Acker?

Walking through the hallways, Harvey spots a woman (Acker) at the security desk, who doesn't have clearance. The two start flirting as Harvey gets her cleared. Mike meets up with Katrina Bennett (Amanda Schull) who will be working with him on the case.

The woman Harvey met is actually Louis' (Rick Hoffman) sister, Ester, who's getting a divorce. Ester wants Harvey to work on the case, not him. Ester doesn't want Louis on the case because she doesn't want to make it personal. 

Unfortunately, Louis knows Harvey is furious and will reject him. Donna says Louis should mention it's family, which will get him to reconsider. Mike and Robert Zane (Wendell Pierce) then get into a yelling match over their proposed offer. 

Louis asks for Harvey's help with his sister's case. Harvey and Louis have conditions with each other. Louis has to stay away and Harvey shouldn't sleep with his sister. Mike asks Robert to help him counter the offer.

Rachel (Meghan Markle) and Harvey then meet with Rachel to discuss the case. Louis sneaks in the other room to listen in on their conversation, but Donna interrupts him. Ester's husband, Jeffrey, wants more than 20% of the business. Harvey wants Ester to stay out of negotiations, or she should look for another lawyer.  

In front of Jessica (Gina Torres), Rachel jokes that Harvey is infatuated with Ester.  During their meeting, Mike and Robert want triple of what they're offering. Because the opposing lawyers want to go to the trial, Robert has already sent the offer to their clients, who are accepting.

Jeffrey is upset that his wife isn't at the meeting. He put his medical career on hold, so that Ester could focus on her company. Ester promised him half the company, which is what Jeffrey actually wants. 

Jessica argues with Mike about the money and kicks him out of the office. Ester reveals to Harvey that her husband had an affair. Harvey now has to find a loophole in the deal, which Rachel figures out that he's being protective.  

During his conversation with Katrina, Mike realizes Robert might have stock with one of his clients. After getting into an argument with her, Donna hates that Harvey is treating her like his enemy. Louis pays a visit to  Rachel, learning that Jeffrey cheated on her.

Mike confronts Robert about his conflict of interest, but he refuses to blow the deal. Ester shows up at the meeting, which is being videotaped. Ester agrees she offered 50% of her business, but he never attended medical school. As the two argue, Harvey spots Donna and realizes he made a mistake.

As Rachel interrupts Mike's conversation with Jessica about her father, Harvey has a drink with Ester. He made the deal drop to 25% in the end. Because there are children involved, the deal has to be more than about money.

After Ester signed on the dot, they walk out the room together. Louis is upset, thinking Harvey is screwing Ester after reading their contract. Mike tells Rachel he spoke to the plaintiff and realizes he has to let it go. 

Louis confronts Harvey about the deal, which ends with both of them at each other's throats. Jessica calls out Robert on his insider trade, which helps them with a bigger  settlement. 

Harvey meets with Louis about making things right, then thanks Donna for 12 years.
