Nintendo has been adding a whole bunch of content for the Wii U and 3DS version of Super Smash Brothers. A few months ago we saw Ryu make his Smash debut and this month we're seeing a whole bunch of other new content. Players will now be able to choose from a variety of costumes and stages with this 1.1.0 patch. While they will have to pay for a bunch of the new stuff, everything is (thankfully) relatively cheap.
The biggest part of the update so far is the new stages. You may remember them from the N64 version of Smash. Peach's Castle and Hyrule Castle cost two dollars each and if you want both at once, it'll be three dollars.
Next up for the update are the Mii outfits. They run between $.75 and $1.15. First you have the Bear Suit Set – this is a Super Smash Brothers exclusive costume for Mii fighters. Next you have the King K. Rool Set. Your Mii can now dress up as one of the Kremlings and King K. Rool from Donkey Kong. Another costume is the Flying Man Set. You'll be able to dress up like an EarthBound character with this one. After this is the Chrom Set where you'll be able to don the clothing of your favorite Fire Emblem characters.
The Black Knight Set will provide a full suit of armor for your Miis. The Lloyd Set allows you to deck out your Mii in the style of Lloyd Irving.
The Samus Armor might be the coolest one, however. You'll be able to dress your little guy up in the classic Metroid armor.
