'SNL' Alum Tracy Morgan Marries Girlfriend Megan Wollover After Accident Recovery

Saturday Night Live (SNL) Comedian Tracy Morgan married his long-time girlfriend, Megan Wollover, Sunday in a small ceremony in New Jersey. Contra Costa Times says, "It was the second round of recent good news for Morgan, who suffered brain trauma 14 months ago in a car crash on the New Jersey Turnpike that killed one man, and injured three others." It has taken a long time to recover physically and emotionally and Wollover has stuck by her man's side through his entire rehabilitation. The small ceremony was attended "by family, friends and [the couple's] 2-year-old daughter, Maven."

You can just tell these two are completely dedicated to one another. They've already been through a tough time and have made it. Now it's time for them to celebrate their union and have a bright future together. The 46-year-old former Saturday Night Live and 30 Rock comedian told People magazine in June "I had to go hard with the therapy. I had to get better. There was no ifs, ands or buts about it." Morgan had to go through a lot of therapy in order to learn to stand and walk again. He told People that he was determined to "walk [his] wife down the aisle" on their wedding day. He swore he wouldn't do it with a cane or wheelchair.

He most certainly walked his bride down the aisle and now they can continue on a happy road to their marriage and life with their daughter. "We have been through so much and our love is stronger for it,' says Wollover, an emotional lifesaver for the comedian after his June 7, 2014, accident when a Walmart tractor-trailer slammed into his limousine on the New Jersey Turnpike," Wollover told People. She continues by saying, "I'm so excited to see what our future holds and feel so blessed to spend the rest of my life with Tracy!"
