While filmmaker Ridley Scott has definitely impressed us all with his 2015 blockbuster hit The Martian, we still can't wait for his sequel to his 2012 sci-fi project Prometheus, which is entitled Alien: Paradise Lost. In a new interview this week, the director spoke about working on upcoming project's plot details and how returning cast members Noomi Rapace and Michael Fassbender will run into a new crew of space travelers! Right before Prometheus' end credits started to roll, Elizabeth Shaw (Rapace) and the head of the android David (Fassbender) set a course for the Engineer's home planet after a massacre of their own crew. According to Scott, the two main characters will run into something terrible in the upcoming sequel, but also some new space travelers that will have to deal with whatever monsters await them!
"It's going to be its own separate thing because they are going to the planet of the Engineers and they are going to see what happened there. It was a disaster," Scott explained in a new interview with with Gregory Ellwood at Awards Campaign, according to Slash Film. "And they will be in that alien craft that takes them there, but with a new group that's incoming, a new group of travelers in the beginning of the first act."
