It looks like Gwen Stefani is taking one step closer to becoming a single girl again. The star has hammered out the details of her divorce from long time husband/Bush band leader, Gavin Rossdale, and it looks like they will be sharing joint custody of their three children, Kingston, Zuma and Apollo. That's right, the couple is looking to make their divorce that much more real, as they are closely approaching having a judge sign off on the paperwork before the start of the new year.
According to Entertainment Tonight, the musicians have agreed to many different parts of the legal split, including the custody arrangements for their three kids. The site is reporting that the two will be sharing the custody of the children, but that they will remain with Rossdale more, because of Stefani's busy tour schedule.

As for the monetary aspect of the divorce, because the couple didn't have a pre-nuptial agreement, Rossdale is entitled to take half of the No Doubt singer's fortune, but that he has agreed to settle on less than 50 percent of it.
The divorce proceedings might seem like they are moving along pretty fast for the couple, who split in the summer, but reports claim that Rossdale and Stefani had paperwork in place months before officially announcing their split.
"It only looks sudden, but everything was worked out months ago so paperwork could be filed and the marriage could be ended quickly and easily," an insider explained Us Weekly. "Things were rocky before [the birth of Apollo], but they tried to make the marriage work. But it just couldn't. A lot of feeling was gone."
