'Teen Mom 2' Jenelle Evans Engagement With Boyfriend Coming Soon?

Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans is still in the middle of a nasty custody battle with ex-fiancé Nathan Griffith over their son Kaiser, but the MTV star isn't letting the drama get her down. She recently partied at the Empire Hotel in New York City for her 24^th birthday where she talked about what the future holds for her and her boyfriend David Eason. Can we expect an engagement announcement soon?

"I'm looking forward to hopefully buying a house and having a bigger house for my family," Jenelle told Us Weekly. "I want to go back to school to be a surgical technician, so I'm going to try doing that in January."

While talking about her new love, she also managed to take a dig at Nathan, especially after all of the tumult she went through with him this past year.

"I feel like I'm with a man now, not a boy," she said. "He's really good with the kids and he's really good to his daughter. He's a great dad. He has a job. He's financially stable and emotionally stable, and he's a great support system for me, and I need that in my life."

As for a possible wedding or engagement in the future the North Carolina mom said, "I don't know. Maybe in the future, maybe in a year or two from now, but not anytime soon. I'm not pushing things at all."

As MStars News reported, Jenelle recently laid down some rules for her baby daddy if he wants to see his son again.

"I have been telling him, 'You need to get a car seat. You need to get a car chair. You need to get your license back,'" she told Radar Online about safeguards Nathan needs to take before seeing his son.

"You can't take him out of state because that's what he did," she explained. "He took him out of state and that's why I got mad. That was the last time he saw him at the end of October."
