In late 2015, Madonna's son Rocco refused to come back to Madonna's home, choosing to stay with his dad, filmmaker Guy Ritchie, instead. With that, a new custody battle between the once married couple ensued. Now, it's being reported that the Snatch director has lawyered up ahead of the court case, and the "Material Girl" has followed.
According to The Daily Mail, the 15-year-old son of the former Swept Away couple has now decided he doesn't want to live with his mother at all anymore, finding the Queen of Pop is "too controlling," saying he prefers have a more stable life with his father in London.

Preparing for the upcoming legal battle (Ritchie and Madonna are due in court next February to battle the current situation), the filmmaker has already hired legal counsel. In the same line, Madonna has done the same, also posting a somewhat cryptic message that seemed to be about the ongoing custody battle.
"One way of measuring the strength of an attacker is by looking at the sort of opponents he needs," read the image, a quote from German philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche, on Madonna's Instagram.
Sources close to Madonna have said that her ex, Ritchie, has "gotten in Rocco's ear" and has been lobbying to get the teen to move back with his dad, after the former couple has fought time and again over the custody agreement.
Last December, when Rocco Ritchie refused to go back to New York, where his mother lives, preferring to stay with his dad over the holidays, Madonna went to the Manhattan Supreme Court to force the teen to come back to the U.S., a wish that was legally granted; however, Ritchie has remained in the UK capital.
Page Six reports that Madonna's teenage son is sick of touring with his mother, as he spent a good portion of 2015 on the road with the pop star and yet barely shared any time with her.
