Comedian Dave Chappelle had one hell of a tough night during his stand up set a few nights ago at the Fillmore Detroit. It's being reported that the famed Chappelle's Show star angered the heck out of fans when he was giving a subpar performance, because, well, he was drunk. Allegedly, that is. Though... it seems pretty certain that he was. Now, because of his "performance," those in attendence want their money back. According to reports from TMZ, Chappelle angered the crowd at this past Thursday's 9:30 p.m. show. The site notes that the Half Baked star was "wasted" as he took to the stage an hour late. Is Martha Stewart going to be on Season 3 of Orange Is the New Black? Well, no. But there will reportedly be a character inspired by the famed entrepreneur and once-upon-a-time inmate. Word has it that the series creator Jenji Kohan spoke with Time magazine at the 100 Most Influential People Gala and admitted that there will be a character inspired by Stewart. The country is slowly ... slowly ... slowly ... slowly legalizing the use of marijuana. As states like Washington and Colorado have already done it (and seen an enormous boost in revenue), there are other states in our great nation trying to do the same. The unfortunate downside of marijuana being legal in states is that it is still illegal in the country. What that means is that the federal government still has control over the state marijuana laws. Which leads to marijuana busts and a whole heap of a mess. But if California Republican Dana Rohrabacher has his way a new bill proposed, it looks like the Feds will soon have to respect those marijuana laws that states enforce. Read More »
