Jerry Seinfeld is certainly ending Season 5 of Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee with a bang. The veteran comic aired a two-part episode of his web series with Tonight Show host Jimmy Fallon earlier today. In the video, the two comedians cruise around in an old vet and head on out to the water before grabbing themselves some coffee and pancakes in Long Island. Hilariously enough, most of Part 1 was just Seinfeld trying to get his boat off of his Land Rover. Which he did, we might add. The two-parters comes after hilarious episodes that include Portlandia star Fred Armisen, the ever so funny stand up Kevin Hart, YouTube personality Miranda Sings and a number of others. Read More »

Sony has pulled the plug on The Interview, the controversial new comedy starring James Franco and Seth Rogen about a tongue-in-cheek assassination attempt on North Korean dictator Kim Jong-un. In the weeks leading up to this recently cancelled release date, Sony suffered a company-wide email hack, resulting in leaked information about upcoming films and damning evidence against executives about how they talk about some of the biggest stars in the world. The hackers also sent out a warning to those planning on seeing the film that a terrorist attack of the likes of 9/11/2001 would take place at the theaters showing the movie. Though earlier reports suggested the hackers were not affiliated with the hostile country, these reports were false. The New York City premier of the blockbuster comedy The Interview, starring Seth Rogen and James Franco, has officially been cancelled. This tongue-in-cheek movie involves an assassination plot to take out North Korean dictator Kim Jong-un, which has led to some terrorist threats comparing retaliation efforts of radicals to that of the 9/11 attacks. We've learned this week that, according to the Department of Homeland Security, these threats might not pose any real concern to moviegoers, but it looks like Sony is just being careful, especially after the recent email hacks and leaks plaguing the film company. Well, Christmas is quickly approaching. To celebrate, comedian Ellen Degeneres has begun her 12 Days of Giveaways on her hit show Ellen. Unfortunately, what that means for people like CONAN host Conan O’Brien is that whatever he does for his audience, if anything, doesn’t quite match the superb ridiculousness of Ellen’s ability to make her audience go absolutely ballistic. And since the two shows are both show on the same Warner Bros. lot over in Burbank, California, O’Brien certainly feels the wrath and aftermath of Ellen’s Christmas 2014 gift giveaway. If there’s anything better than actually watching HBO’s True Detective, it’s the below Christmas parody of the now-famed Matthew McConaughey and Woody Harrelson-led drama. Okay, maybe it’s not better – let’s face it, True Detective was pretty awesome – but this spoof is still damn good! Playing off the ever so rocky relationship between Rust Cohle (McConaughey) and Marty Hart (Harrelson), this sketch makes us pretty happy that Santa Claus is nothing at all like McConaughey’s character. It’s hard to believe it but Season 5 of Jerry Seinfeld’ Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee is coming to a close this Thursday, Dec. 18 at 12 p.m. EST. But don’t be too sad; this season is surely going out with a bang! Having already delivered an entertaining season, this last episode proves to be no different – actually, perhaps it’s “the best episode yet” – because Tonight Show host Jimmy Fallon is stepping in to end out the season. Together with Seinfeld, the two comics succeed in getting “weird” not only in the car but also on a boat.
